This website is owned and operated in New Zealand by Candy Floss Cakes (hereinafter also referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”). Ordering and purchasing any of our products denotes that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right and sole discretion to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check current Terms and Conditions before ordering and purchasing. The Terms and Conditions that were posted on this website at the time of your purchase will be applicable for that particular order.

Our products are made-to-order according to customer choices and instructions and we take no responsibility for any ordering mistakes made by customers, or changes to original orders we haven’t agreed to and accepted. The customer is solely responsible for providing us with adequate and correct delivery and contact information. All orders must be received by us at least one week (7 days) before the required delivery date. All orders submitted must be confirmed by us to the customer before it is deemed to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any order for any reason at any time.

Pricing & Delivery:
Prices posted on this website include packaging and delivery costs within normal courier delivery areas of New Zealand. Delivery costs to remote rural areas may be provided on request. We take no responsibility for any delivery delays that may be caused by road closures due to circumstances that are beyond our control. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Products ordered are subject to the prices published on this website at the time of ordering. GST is not currently applicable to our product pricing.

All payments due must be received in full before orders are accepted. Payment methods available are presented in the ordering process of this website.

Payment made for any unaccepted order will be fully refunded. We will provide a partial or complete refund if we agree and accept that any request for a part or full refund is appropriate, valid and reasonable.

No personal information provided to us by our customers will be knowingly shared with any third party. Credit/Debit card information is securely encrypted during transfer over networks. We may use customer names and contact details to advise of new product availability and/or special deals. Customers can request to be unsubscribed from this service.
