Candy Floss is a delicate product, to prolong its life keep it out of the sun and away from heat. Minimal candy floss shrinkage will occur within the unopened container. We take all precautions to avoid damage to Candy Floss Co. products during  transit. Colours of the Candy Floss may vary in depth and brightness due to different screen and monitor viewing options.

Our products are made-to-order according to customer choices and instructions and we take no responsibility for any ordering mistakes made by customers, or changes to original orders we haven’t agreed to and accepted. The customer is solely responsible for providing us with adequate and correct delivery and contact information. All orders must be received by us at least one week (7 days) before the required delivery date. All orders submitted must be confirmed by us to the customer before it is deemed to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any order for any reason at any time. As Candy Floss Products are made-to-order we cannot accept cancellations, returns or refunds once the order has been accepted and production has commenced.

Candy Floss Co. does not take any responsibility for late courier deliveries due to weather or seismic events and road accidents. We send all orders well before the date required. If you have not received your order at least 2 days before your event date please contact us or your local Poste Haste with the tracking number from your sent email.

Bluey Cake Ingredients:
Vanilla Icing– Sugar, Natural Vanilla Essence.
PIneapple Crush – Sugar, Blue Food Colouring (133) Acidity Regulator(330) Preservatives (211,202), Natural Pineapple Flavour.
Blue Raspberry – Sugar, Blue food colour(Water, Food colour (133), Acidity Regulator (330), Preservatives(211,220) Vegan suitable). Natural Raspberry Flavour.

Bluey Sprinkles ingredients: Sugar, Dextrose, Dextrin, Maize Starch, Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Fat, Non-Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Glucose, Xanthan Gum, Carnauba Wax (E903), Soy Lecithin, Shellac, Colour (E171, E133).

NOTE: These Sprinkle Medleys are packaged in batches with a random selection of contents, so each packet may look slightly different. The quantity of each item per bag will vary however the weight will be correct and best efforts are made for each selection to look fantastic!
